Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely package the electronics in their original anti-static bags and protective boxing to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package to our designated returns warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship out a replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
